Viswaroopam is an upcoming trilingual film, directed by Selvaraghavan starring Kamal Hassan, Sonakshi Sinha and Shriya Saran in lead roles . The film will be releasing in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu.

The shooting will start in mid-April in Hyderabad and Chennai, followed by a schedule in London. The shooting will be completed in 100 days in a single schedule.

Since the movie is a trilingual, in Tamil, Hindi and Telugu, Kamal had suggested Selva to work with Shankar-Eshaan-Loy for scoring the music as the trio are the leading music directors up North.

Now the latest news abuzz is that, the team is traveling to London for a period of 35 days where the duet sequences between Kamal Hassan and Sonakshi Sinha and romance scenes between the duo will be shot.

While the crew is busy over their next schedule, Sonakshi is all smiles about the shoot since this would help her do away with the rumours that are spreading like wildfire about her all over Bollywood.

We already tipped you that 2011 is going to be a most happening year in Jeeva's career. And we have something to prove it now. The music of 'Vanthaan Ventraan', his forthcoming film, will be launched on May 21.

"Thaman has come out with beautiful songs and the way director Kannan picturised them was marvelous. The songs have the quality to top the charts," say circles close to 'Vanthaan Ventraan' unit.

Produced by K S Srinivasan of Vasan Visual Ventures, the man behind 'Naan Kadavul' and 'Boss Engira Baskaran', 'Vanthaan Ventraan' deals about a young man and girl, who come across in a unique situation.

In the meantime, the cast and crew of the film will leave for France this week to shoot some important scenes. They will be back by the third week of May to take care of the arrangements for audio launch function.

Taliban denies reports of Mullah Omar's death

A spokesman says the fugitive Taliban leader is alive in Afghanistan. There is no confirmation of reports by several media outlets that he died in Pakistan.

A Taliban spokesman on Monday vehemently denied a swirl of rumors that the movement's spiritual leader, Mullah Mohammed Omar, had died or been killed.

The spokesman, Zabiullah Mujahid, said by telephone that Omar -- the one-eyed, self-declared "commander of the faithful" who has long been thought to be hiding in Pakistan -- was alive and well in Afghanistan, directing the group's military campaign.

Nonetheless, the wildfire-like spread of the reports -- aided by social media such as Twitter -- reflected the intense degree of speculation surrounding Omar's fate, which has dramatically heightened since Navy SEALs killed Al Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden three weeks earlier in his Pakistan hideout.

A spokesman for Afghanistan's main intelligence service, Lutfullah Mashal, told the Associated Press that he had information that Omar had been moved from Pakistan's Baluchistan province -- the seat of the Taliban leadership council known as the Quetta shura -- to the North Waziristan tribal agency, with the knowledge of former Pakistani intelligence chief Hamid Gul. The news service said Gul denied the allegation.

Minister Mariam Pitchai dies in road accident News Video

Tamil Nadu Minister for Environment N Mariam Pitchai was killed in a road accident near Trichy. He was coming to Chennai to take oath as MLA when the accident took place

Mariam Pichai car was killed at the spot after hitting a container lorry. The lorry and driver is yet to be traced. Sports Minister Sivapathi who was travelling in another car along with Mariyam Pichai informed the police about the accident

60 year old MLA defeated former TN Minister Nehru in the recent assembly election. Tamilnadu Chief Minister is heading towards Trichy by helicopter to pay homage to the departed Minister. Shops in Trichy were closed. Police is deployed to prevent any untoward incident.
